Delivery

Q. When will my order arrive?

Providing you make your order before 12pm it will be dispatched that day and will arrive within 2 working days. Weekends exceptional. If you need an urgent delivery then call us and we can arrange it.

Q. Do you deliver Internationally?

Yes, we deliver everywhere and it’s priced accordingly.

Q. Will I receive order and shipping notification?

Yes, it’s done automatically after your order is placed.

Q. How do I return my order?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please first contact us so that we can help in any way. Then you can return it to the address on the back of the parcel.

Q. How natural are your products?

Our products are 100% natural. All the ingredients are natural and plant cells are cultivated in pure environments, with no pollution, no soil and they use minimal water. This ensures they are free from pesticides and pollutants so they retain their maximum potency.

Q. Are your products safe to use whilst pregnant and breast-feeding?

3-6 months depending on how often you use it.

The products are kind and gentle to psoriasis and eczema.

Yes, our products are 100% vegan. They contain no animal ingredients and we don’t test the ingredients or the end product on animals.

Q. Are your products clean?

Yes, all our products are free from Sodium Laureth Sulphate, Parabens, Petroleum, Liquid Paraffin and harmful chemicals and aggressive preservatives.

Q. What do you mean by your products being sustainable?

We use sugar cane packaging in our bottles and tubes that is carbon negative and our main actives in the products come from plant cell technology.

Q. What age range is Rhodes skincare for?

Our products are suitable for teens, through the age ranges up to beautiful mature skin in your twilight years.

Q. Will your products help with sun damage?

Yes, the Barbary Fig and the Madonna Lily reduce and reverse sun spots.

Q. Why do you use plant stem cell technology in your products?

It is the cleanest way, 100% sustainable and the plant cells retain their maximum benefits when harvested this way.
